Cubicis Company Limited (“CUBICIS,” “the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the privacy rights of its users. This Policy explains how we handle personal data when you use applications, websites, products, software, and digital services operated by CUBICIS, including MUSEEK, MeTime, and other products that reference this Policy. Please also read product-specific notices and permission prompts. Where a product-specific notice applies, it supplements this Policy for that product.

1. Scope and data controller

Cubicis Company Limited, a company registered in Thailand, is the data controller for the activities described in this Policy unless a service screen or notice states otherwise. This Policy applies to users, account holders, visitors, contacts, and other people interacting with our services.

Third-party services linked from our products operate under their own policies. Review those policies before providing them with information.

2. Data we may collect

The data actually collected depends on the product, features, and permissions you choose. It may include: account and contact information such as name, username, email address, telephone number, profile image, and login identifiers; profile details and interests; user-generated content such as messages, images, files, portfolios, favourites, reviews, and content shared with other users; transaction, order, entitlement, and subscription status, although we do not receive or store full payment-card numbers processed by Apple or payment providers; approximate or precise location when you enable a location feature and grant system permission; device and technical information such as IP address, device model, operating system, language, time zone, app version, app-scoped identifiers, crash logs, diagnostic logs, and security events; usage information such as pages viewed, feature interactions, and performance; and support communications.

We do not request sensitive data beyond what is necessary. If you choose to submit such data through a specifically designed feature, we process it for the disclosed purpose and under permissions or legal bases required by law.

3. How we collect data

We receive data directly from you when you register, complete a profile, upload content, contact us, or use service features; automatically from apps, devices, and servers where necessary for service delivery, security, and permitted analytics; and from Apple, login providers, payment providers, or service partners when you choose to connect them and according to the permissions you grant.

4. Purposes and legal bases

We use data to create and maintain accounts; provide requested features; display and deliver content; process entitlements and transactions; improve quality, stability, accessibility, and user experience; provide support and service communications; prevent fraud, spam, abuse, and security threats; comply with law and platform requirements and enforce terms; and produce aggregated or de-identified statistics.

Our legal bases may include performing a contract or responding to your request, complying with legal obligations, pursuing legitimate interests that do not override your rights, and consent that you may withdraw at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing lawfully completed before withdrawal.

5. Device permissions and Apple technologies

A product may request access to the camera, photo library, microphone, location, notifications, or other resources only when needed for a feature you select. We provide an explanation before or when the system asks for permission. You can change permissions in device settings, although some features may stop working.

If a product uses Sign in with Apple, we use the information Apple provides according to your settings and revoke associated tokens when the account is deleted as required by Apple. If a product engages in tracking across apps or websites, we request permission through AppTrackingTransparency first and do not attempt to circumvent your choice.

6. Disclosure, service providers, and processors

We do not sell personal data. We may disclose data where necessary to providers of cloud infrastructure, storage and delivery, authentication, payment processing, notifications, crash monitoring, permitted analytics, and support; partners you direct us to connect with; professional advisers; a purchaser or successor in a corporate transaction subject to appropriate protections; and competent authorities where legally required or necessary to protect rights and safety.

We require providers and third parties processing data for us to provide the same or an equivalent level of protection required by this Policy and applicable law, and to use data only under agreed instructions and purposes. We do not authorise use of your data for third-party advertising without the rights or consent required by law and platform rules.

7. International data transfers

Our providers may process data in countries with laws different from those where you live. When data is transferred, we use legally recognised safeguards as applicable, including data-protection agreements, recipient assessments, access restrictions, and appropriate security measures.

8. Data retention

We retain data only as long as needed for the service and disclosed purposes, considering its type and sensitivity, the duration of our relationship, account activity, risk, and legal obligations. Generally, account data and content remain while an account is active; security and diagnostic logs are retained for a limited operational period; and transaction records or evidence may be retained as required for tax, accounting, dispute-resolution, or fraud-prevention obligations.

When data is no longer required, we delete, destroy, or de-identify it. Backup copies may persist temporarily until normal rotation and remain restricted from other use.

9. Choices, consent, and communications

You can update information and preferences in a product, disable device permissions, opt out of marketing notifications, or withdraw consent through the controls presented in the service. Essential security, transaction, and service-change messages may still be sent. If withdrawal prevents us from providing a feature, we explain the effect.

Instructions for access, correction, export, objection, and deletion are available on our Privacy Choices page.

10. Account and data deletion

Products that support account creation must provide a way to initiate account deletion from within the app, typically under Settings › Account › Delete Account. Deletion removes the entire account and associated personal data that we are not legally required to retain; temporary deactivation alone is not deletion. We may reauthenticate you and ask for confirmation to prevent unauthorised deletion.

If the in-app flow is unavailable, use the alternative channel on our Privacy Choices and Account Deletion page. We keep you informed and respond within applicable legal time limits, targeting completion within 30 days after verification. Legally retained data is segregated and not used for other purposes. Deleting an account does not automatically cancel billing managed by Apple; you must also manage the subscription through your Apple Account.

11. Children’s data

Our general-audience services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect children’s data without valid parental authority or another lawful basis. A product intended for children or available to minors will provide age-appropriate safeguards and a specific notice. We delete data identified as improperly collected from a child after notice and verification.

12. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, which may include encryption in transit, role-based access, event logging and monitoring, system updates, backup and recovery, and provider assessment. No system can guarantee absolute security. Use a strong password, never share one-time passcodes, and notify us if you suspect unauthorised account access.

13. Your privacy rights

Under applicable law, including Thailand’s personal data protection law, you may have rights to access and obtain a copy, correct, port, erase or destroy, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, and complain to a supervisory authority. Legal exceptions may apply. We verify identity and respond within applicable time limits without discriminating against you for exercising a right.

14. Contact, complaints, and policy updates

Controller: Cubicis Company Limited, Thailand. For privacy questions, rights requests, or complaints, contact the Privacy Team at info@cubicis.com or see the latest channel on our Contact page. Do not email passwords, one-time passcodes, or payment information.

We may update this Policy as our products, practices, laws, or platform requirements change. We display the new revision date and provide additional in-product notice when a change is material. Continued use after the effective date acknowledges the updated Policy, but we obtain renewed consent where required by law.
